Beetroot and Goat's Cheese Salad with Walnuts

1 cooked beetroot, cubed (0) (or you can use pickled if you can't get the non-pickled)

10g walnuts, chopped (2)

salad leaves (0)

40g goats cheese, crumbed (3)

For the dressing

1 tsp balsamic vinegar (0)

1 tsp olive oil (1)

1 tsp orange juice, freshly squeezed (0)

all mixed together

A tasty starter or satisfying snack!

1. really easy, put the salad on the plate, place the beetroot over the salad, crumb the goats cheese onto the salad, sprinkle with walnuts and pour over the dressing.
