Furry Thai curry paste or pesto!!

Has this happened to you? You buy a jar of Thai curry paste or pesto, use a few spoons of it, leave it in the fridge or press and next time you go to use it, it's furry!!

Top tip! 

Freeze it in an ice cube tray and once frozen, store in a sealed bag in the freezer! Can be added straight to curries, pasta etc!
