Wholemeal spaghetti, sprouting broccoli, chilli & lemon
Another Jamie special! He's on a winner with this book! It's really speedy, so a good one if you're short of time. I would add a bit more broccoli next time. I'm typing this as Matt is cooking another one which I'll blog next week! Watch this space :)

Serves 2

Ingredients
120g wholemeal spaghetti
2 cloves garlic, finely sliced
Smidge of olive oil
1/2 lemon, zested and juiced.
Pinch of dried chilli flakes
4 anchovy fillets, finely chopped
200g sprouting broccoli, sliced
2 heaped tbsps low fat cottage cheese
1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water.
2. In a pan, drizzle the smidge of oil and add the garlic, keep stirring, and add the chilli flakes, anchovies, and 1/2 the lemon zest and fry for a few minutes. Add the brocolli to the pan, add a few spoonfuls of pasta water, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
3. Drain the spaghetti and add to the pan, add the cottage cheese and lemon juice and warm through.
4. Divide between two bowls!
