Chicken, BLT Bagel

It's soon soup season but this is a really lush alternative, quick, tasty and only 9 points


Serves 1
2 bacon medallions
1.5 weight watchers bagels
2 tsps low fat mayo
1 tbsp 0% fat Greek yoghurt
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Lettuce
Tomato
Half  feast of chicken, sliced

Easy peasy method!!
1. Spray non stick pan with oil spray and fry the chicken and bacon, leave to cool. 
2. Halve the bagels and put under the grill and toast one side until lightly toasted, leave to cool. 
3. Slice the tomato and mix together the mayo, yoghurt and mustard to make a sauce. 
4. Start to layer. Bagel, sauce, chicken, lettuce, bagel, sauce, bacon, tomato, sauce, bagel. 
5. Eat!! I cut into quarters to make it easier to eat! 
6. Enjoy
