Gnocchi and Brocolli with Parmesan Cream Sauce
1 garlic clove , crushed
pinch chilli flakes (optional)
150ml veg stock
4 tbsp half-fat crème fraîche
40g parmesan, finely grated
250g broccoli, halved lengthways if large
250g gnocchi

1. Heat a knob of butter in a frying pan with a lid and cook the garlic and chilli (if using) for 2 minutes. Add the stock, bring to a boil and add the brocolli and cook until tender. Remove from the pan and whisk in the crème fraîche and parmesan to make a sauce. Keep warm on a low heat.
2. Boil the Gnocchi in a pan of salted water and cook following pack instructions. Drain. Toss the gnocchi and the brocolli into the cheesy sauce and serve in warmed bowls.
